TechMaart is an online platform within the meaning of Art. 3(i) of the Digital Services Act. We act as an intermediary service provider facilitating peer-to-peer transactions between users.

In compliance with the DSA, we provide:

• A single point of contact for authorities and users (see contact above) as required by Art. 12.
• A notice-and-action mechanism: any user can report illegal content using the Report button on any listing or profile. We process reports without undue delay (Art. 16).
• Statement of reasons: when content is removed or an account is restricted, we inform the affected user of the reasons and applicable remedies (Art. 17).
• An internal complaint-handling system: users who disagree with a moderation decision can contact support to request a review (Art. 20).

We use a combination of automated tools and human review to detect prohibited content, counterfeit goods, and policy violations. Moderation decisions include content removal, account warnings, and account suspension.

Affected users receive a statement of reasons and may appeal through our internal complaint-handling system or through out-of-court dispute resolution.

For disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaint system, users in the EU may refer to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body. We are committed to engaging in good faith with any such proceedings.
