Impersonation, harassment, or abuse of messaging tools is not allowed.
Age limits for account creation and marketplace use.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, publish listings, or transact on TechMaart.
If you are under 18, do not use the service or submit personal data. We may suspend accounts that do not meet this requirement.
Deals happen directly between members.
Listings must be truthful and reflect the actual condition and price of the item.
Buyers and sellers agree on payment and delivery directly; TechMaart does not process payments.
What you may not post.
Illegal, stolen, or counterfeit goods are strictly prohibited.
Misleading descriptions, spam listings, and harassment are not allowed.
What TechMaart is responsible for.
TechMaart provides the marketplace but is not a party to transactions between users.
Members are responsible for verifying listings, payments, and delivery details.
How conflicts are handled.
We encourage members to resolve issues directly through messaging.
Report serious concerns using the Report button or contact support.
Updates and notifications.
We may update these terms as the marketplace evolves.

Which laws apply to these terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If you are a consumer habitually resident in the EU, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on the courts of your habitual residence (EU Regulation 1215/2012, Art. 18).
